We’re not here to be a fashion brand cosplaying as football fans. We’re football people.

Football’s always been more than a game to us. It’s community, culture, and a shortcut to meeting people ... no matter where you’re from.

My brother and I have been in Australia for over 20 years. When we first arrived, football shirts were hard to come by. Now the game’s booming here, and the community around it is proper, people from everywhere, connected by the same obsession.

We still play. We still argue about kits. And yes, football has made us better at geography than school ever did.

We've met hundreds of people while playing football in Australia. Roby is one of them. A dreadlocked Argentinian who loves football just as much (maybe more) than us. And he completes the core Kit Street team

Why we started Kit Street

Kit Street started with a simple feeling: there was a gap in Australia.

You could buy shirts online, sure. You could even order mystery boxes from overseas… and then wait ages for shipping, pay through the nose, and still wonder if it’s legit.

We wanted to build something for Aussie football people that’s:

  • faster (Australia-based stock + shipping)
  • more trustworthy (authentic only)
  • and more fun (the thrill of the mystery, done properly)
