Subscription Policy (Purchase Options & Cancellation)

Kit Street offers two ways to buy:

1) One-off purchase
Buy a single mystery shirt (one-time payment).

2) Subscription purchase
Receive a mystery shirt on a recurring schedule (monthly), billed automatically.

Subscription basics

When you subscribe, you authorise Kit Street to charge your selected payment method $105 per month (or the subscription price shown at checkout) on a recurring basis until you pause or cancel.

Your subscription includes free standard shipping Australia-wide (unless otherwise stated at checkout).

Managing your subscription (pause, skip, cancel)

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account (using the link in your subscription emails), including:

• Pause

• Skip a month

• Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next order, you must pause/skip/cancel before your next billing date (shown in your account). If a charge has already been processed, that order will be treated as confirmed and will follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Changes to your details

You’re responsible for keeping your:

• shipping address

• payment method

• email address
  up to date in your account so we can deliver your order without delays.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we’ll retry automatically. If payment can’t be processed, your subscription may be paused until you update your payment details. We’re not able to dispatch subscription orders until payment is successful.

Returns and exchanges for subscription orders

Subscription orders are treated the same as one-off orders under our Returns & Exchanges Policy. If there’s an error with your order (wrong size, damaged item, incorrect item, or we missed your no-go list), we’ll make it right.

Pricing changes

If we ever change subscription pricing, we’ll provide notice via email and/or your customer account before the change takes effect.
