Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is simple: you end up with a kit you’re happy to wear.
We offer a 30-day returns window, meaning you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Our returns policy has three options:
Exchanges
We offer a free exchange if you’re not happy with your shirt. If there was an error with your order, we’ll cover the cost of shipping. If the exchange is based on style or personal taste, you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping (typically around $11 within Australia).
Store Credit
Choose store credit and you’ll receive the full value of your return, plus a bonus to use on your next order.
Direct Refund
If you return your shirt within the 30-day window, we can provide a refund minus a handling fee. If there was an error with your order, we’ll provide a full refund.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at ryan@kitstreet.com.au with your order number and which option you’d like (Exchange / Store Credit / Refund). We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
A few important notes:

If you’re exchanging for a different size, we’ll do our best to match the vibe of your original shirt, but due to one-off vintage stock we can’t guarantee the exact same kit.

Preference-based exchanges (e.g. “I’d rather a different team”) are limited to one exchange per order.

Returns must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with any tags attached (where supplied).
