Shipping Policy 

Australia-wide shipping

We ship orders from Australia and offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all mystery shirts (it’s already built into the price, no surprises at checkout).

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (launches, promos, holidays), it may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you posted.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but as a general guide:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days

• Regional areas: 3–7 business days

• Remote areas: 5–9 business days

These are estimates only and can be impacted by carrier delays.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

Address details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout (including unit numbers). If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to cover the cost of re-shipping.

Subscription orders

For subscription customers, your order will be processed and dispatched according to your subscription schedule. You can pause or cancel anytime through your customer account.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual amount of time, or your parcel seems delayed, email us at ryan@kitstreet.com.au and we’ll help you chase it up.

International shipping

At this stage, Kit Street is focused on Australia. If you’re outside Australia and want a kit, contact us at ryan@kitstreet.com.au and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
